Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
